Jacki Pederson brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across a diverse range of industries to her role as CEO. Over the past decade with Summit, she has contributed to the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence. Prior to joining Summit, Jacki spent 25 years leading organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest, ranging from $5 million to $70 million in revenue and teams of up to 500 employees. Her leadership experience spans food processing, apparel, art publishing, finance, packaging, and leadership development, giving her a broad and adaptable perspective on business operations. Jacki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Puget Sound. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her four children, attending their activities, watching the WNBA, and playing racquet sports.
